To enable our Finance Team to process your mileage claims efficiently, please ensure all mileage forms are completed accurately and in full. Incomplete or incorrect submissions may be returned for amendment and will need to be resubmitted before they can be processed.

Please note that our Finance Team is unable to process inaccurate or incomplete mileage forms. To avoid delays to your claim, please ensure all information is completed carefully and accurately before submitting your form.

Below is a reminder for how to complete the forms accurately:

• Include the date(s) you travelled.
• Split the mileage into each leg of the journey (e.g. Home → Client Address and Client Address → Home).
• Complete one mileage form per client or package only.
• Clearly indicate whether the mileage is for Business or Personal use. If you have both business and personal mileage, please complete separate forms for each.
