We are so pleased to welcome Janki to Eleventh Hour Insourcing as Senior Workforce Executive.
Janki joins EHG with a strong background across NHS services, hospitals, and workforce delivery, bringing with her a people-first approach that sits at the centre of everything we do.
When speaking about what drew her into healthcare, one thing stood out immediately: her impact.
Throughout her career, Janki has worked closely with patients, clinical teams and healthcare professionals, often supporting people during difficult periods of their lives. She spoke about moments where patients simply wanted to feel remembered, heard, and cared for, something that continues to shape how she approaches her work today.
That empathy has translated into measurable outcomes too. During a previous NHS service launch across three boroughs, Janki played a key role in improving patient satisfaction by building trust, improving communication, and creating a more supportive experience for patients navigating the system.
Already, in just three weeks, Janki has directly increased patient attendance rates through hitting the ground running and building trust and rapport with patients quickly.
Shaun Winsall, Director of Services explains: “Janki’s journey with EHG actually began supporting one of our clients during a particularly challenging period, helping improve patient booking processes and increasing clinic utilisation across the service.
“What stood out immediately was her ability to build trust with patients, communicate effectively with clinical teams, and remain calm under pressure while maintaining a consistently high standard of service. The feedback from the client was exceptional, not just around operational performance, but around the way she made people feel supported throughout the process.
“It quickly became clear that Janki was someone we wanted within the wider EHG team long-term. Her professionalism, empathy, and ability to create positive outcomes for both patients and providers made her a natural fit for our Head Office.”
For Janki, healthcare delivery centres around building relationships.
Whether working with clinicians, clients or patients, she believes strong outcomes come from strong rapport, consistency, and teams that genuinely care about the impact they’re making.
