EHI April 2026 – Patient Satisfaction Chart
Not many services achieve 100% scores. Fewer still sustain 95%+ across the board, yet that doesn’t mean there isn’t still room for improvement.
Patients told us they felt listened to, well informed, and consistently supported throughout their care. That is what effective insourcing should achieve. A model that maintains patient experience while delivering at scale. By placing the right clinicians into well-structured environments, with clear processes and strong communication, care feels joined up and reliable from the patient’s perspective.
Our results also reflect solid clinical outcomes, high levels of patient confidence, and programmes that support elective recovery in a meaningful way rbeyond merely reducing waiting lists.
With four areas scoring 100% and all others at 95% or above, our leadership team is already focused on what comes next. There is more to improve on waiting times, which scored 96.4%. We will be sharing an update soon and keep you posted on our subsequent results.
